1. Responsibility and contact

FormaLigo operates the platform. The establishment to which a learner belongs manages information about their learning journey. Data-related requests can be sent through our contact form.

2. Data processed

• Account data: surname, first name, email address, identifier or national identity card number (CIN), and hashed password.
• Establishment data: name, type of organisation and location.
• Learning data: activity, availability, sessions, attendance, absences, progress and completed resources.
• Management data: due dates, payments and references needed for financial tracking.
• Technical data needed for authentication, security and service diagnostics.

3. Purposes

This data is used to create and secure accounts, organise activities and schedules, provide learning resources, inform users, manage financial records and prevent abuse. It is not used for targeted advertising.

4. Access and sharing

Data is accessible to authorised users of the relevant establishment and to technical providers strictly necessary for hosting, sending emails and operating the service. It is neither sold nor rented. The scheduling engine uses technical identifiers and priorities without receiving learners’ names.

5. Security

Passwords are stored in hashed form. Access controls separate establishments and roles, mobile access uses authentication tokens, and sensitive operations require the password to be checked again. Communications with the public service are protected by HTTPS.

6. Retention

Account data is retained while the account is in use. On deletion, the account and associated personal data are erased. Records needed to meet accounting, regulatory, security or fraud-prevention obligations may be retained for the required period, with the link to the account removed where possible.

7. Your choices

Users can view and correct information available in their workspace or through their establishment. They can permanently delete their account from the web or mobile settings. A public page remains available if the application has been uninstalled.

8. Updates

This policy is updated when the data processed or the service’s features change significantly. The date at the top of this page indicates the version currently in effect.
