These terms govern the use of the FormaLigo website and mobile application.
1. Purpose of the service
FormaLigo is a management platform for educational institutions, training centres, driving schools and other organisations. It supports the management of learners, activities, sessions, learning resources and financial records.
2. Acceptance
Creating an account and using the service means accepting these terms. Users must provide accurate information and keep their login credentials confidential.
3. Accounts and roles
An instructor account provides access to the management functions of its establishment. A learner account provides access to information about their learning journey. Each user is responsible for actions performed from their account and must promptly report any unauthorised access.
4. Responsibilities of establishments
The establishment determines the activities offered, schedules, cancellation rules, learning content and data it records. It is responsible for having a lawful basis for processing its learners’ information and restricting access to authorised staff.
5. Permitted use
Misusing the service, attempting to access another establishment’s data, introducing malicious or unlawful content, or deliberately disrupting its operation is prohibited. Access may be suspended when it puts the security of the service or other users at risk.
6. Availability and changes
The service may change to fix errors, improve security or add features. Temporary interruptions may be necessary for maintenance. Users are informed when a change significantly affects their rights or their use of the service.
7. Resources and content
The establishment remains responsible for the documents, images and videos it publishes. It guarantees that it holds the necessary rights and agrees not to distribute content that infringes the rights of third parties.
8. Personal data
The processing of personal data is described in the privacy policy. Each user can request the deletion of their account through the website or application.
9. Account deletion
Deletion is permanent: login credentials, the profile, preferences, sessions, notifications and associated progress are deleted. Records strictly necessary to meet an accounting or regulatory obligation may be retained without any link to the account or data that could identify the user.
