Can group training and coaching be combined?
Yes. Each activity has its own mode. A group session shares the instructor among participants; an individual appointment reserves that slot exclusively.
Does an absence from training generate automatic fees?
No. Attendance and absences for training activities are recorded without automatic fees. Existing automatic billing only applies to priced driving lessons at driving schools.
How are places and make-up sessions managed?
Generation fills available places without exceeding the activity's capacity. An absence from a group class stays in the participant's record and quota; it does not create an automatic make-up session. You can organise an extra session manually.
