A learner can notify the instructor of an absence. Other participants keep their class. After the session starts, the instructor confirms attendance or records absences, without applying driving lesson fees.

How are class groups formed?
Participants share the same activity, instructor and hours, within the defined capacity. The calendar groups them in a shared event and lets you open each participant's session.
Does an absence cancel the class for other learners?
No. The absence is recorded for the learner concerned. Other participants' class remains scheduled and no individual replacement slot is offered for this group class.
Can a learner attend activities at several establishments?
A learner account can be linked to several establishment types, such as an educational establishment and a training centre. Enrollments and preferences stay separate, and the planner checks for overlaps between sessions.
